Take from & giving back to the land, allowing our eco-factory to have a positive impact on our environment not just a neutral one.

Rooted in sustainability & driven by a deep respect for Jordan’s natural heritage, Thara Native Plants Nursery is a shared commitment between MNPC and Amina to regenerate native ecosystems. Through responsible water recycling, organic composting and community engagement, the initiative is cultivating native plants to restore forests, green our surroundings, and contribute to a thriving environment. For MNPC, Thara represents an extension of our dedication to sustainability beyond skincare. For Amina, it is a personal journey of learning, nurturing & giving back to the land she calls home. Together, we aim to create a lasting impact—reviving Jordan’s landscapes, one native plant at a time ❤️

The primary purpose of this project is to enhance Jordan’s capacity for cultivating native tree and plants saplings.

How the Partnership Works & Its Value

The partnership between Amina's farm, MNPC, Thara Native Plants Nursery and the Midorization Project is a fully integrated, circular sustainability model where each element supports, feeds & strengthens the other.

The Circular System: How It Works

  1.  Amina's Farm – An organic-certified farm that grows aloe vera and other plants.

  2.  MNPC (Amina’s Organic-Certified Factory) – Uses Amina Farm’s aloe vera leaves for skincare production, generating leaf and organic herb waste that is composted. The factory also treats wastewater to be reused.

  3. Thara Native Plants Nursery – Jordan’s first and only native plants nursery, established on Amina’s land. It plays a pioneering role in native plant conservation and benefits from:
  • Compost made from factory & farm waste to nourish the plants.
  • Treated wastewater from the factory, ensuring sustainable irrigation.
  • Up-cycled raw material containers from MNPC, repurposed for planting and nursery operations.
  • A long-term vision to supply native saplings for greening projects across Jordan, supporting Midorization and other re-wilding initiatives.

4. Midorization Project & Nochi’s Expertise – Providing guidance, knowledge & techniques on:

  • Harvesting & preparing native seeds
  • Best practices for soil and plant care
  • Ecological restoration & re wilding strategies

5. Community Involvement – Volunteers from MNPC, Midorization & Amina’s circle participate in:

  • Seed harvesting: seasonal seed collection
  • Seed preparation: preparing seeds for planting
  • Soil preparation: mixing soil potting mixtures
  • Planting: planting seeds & nurturing saplings

This seamless integration ensures that nothing goes to waste, resources are repurposed naturally, and Jordan’s native plant restoration efforts thrive.

Real-Life Environmental & Business Benefits

Pioneering Native Plant Conservation

  • Thara is the first and only native plants nursery in Jordan, ensuring that indigenous trees and plants are available for conservation and greening projects.
  • Within a few years, Thara will contribute native saplings to Midorization-led and other environmental initiatives across Jordan.

Sustainable Water Management

  • Factory wastewater is treated and reused to irrigate Amina Farm and Thara Nursery, reducing water waste and promoting a closed-loop system.

Organic Waste to Regenerative Growth

  • Aloe vera leaf and herb waste from MNPC are transformed into nutrient-rich compost that feeds native saplings at Thara Nursery.

Zero-Waste Approach & Up-cycling

  • Empty containers from MNPC are repurposed for nursery work, reducing plastic waste and giving new life to materials.

Biodiversity & Native Ecosystem Restoration

  • With Nochi & Midorization’s guidance, native plants are harvested, prepared, and planted, directly contributing to forest regeneration & ecosystem revival in Jordan.

Community & Knowledge Sharing

  • The project fosters deep collaboration between MNPC, Midorization, and volunteers—spreading awareness & engagement in sustainable land rehabilitation.

Strengthening MNPC’s Sustainability Impact
