RETURNS POLICY

We strive to ensure you love your Amina Natural Skincare products. However, we understand that sometimes preferences change.

  • Order Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch): You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at customercare@aminaskincare.com to initiate a cancellation.
  • Post-Dispatch Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items after they have been dispatched, except in cases of damaged or defective goods (see "Exchanges Policy" below).

REFUNDS POLICY

  • Full refunds, including the original standard shipping costs, will be issued for orders cancelled prior to dispatch.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit or debit card).
  • Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive confirmation of the cancellation. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.

EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We do not offer exchanges for products after they have been dispatched or left our boutique, except in the event of receiving damaged or defective items.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at +962799549994 within 48 Hours of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage by Whatsapp. We will assess the situation and arrange for an exchange or replacement, as appropriate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product damage is deemed to be caused by the customer.
